- Side effects:
Orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure upon standing), nausea, fatigue, dizziness, vomiting, and headache. Postmarketing reports with higher doses of bromocriptine used for other indications include psychotic disorders, hallucinations, and fibrotic complications.
